Entry B appeared. He said he was 25 years old, had been an MD for 3 years and had been in London for 2 years. Mr Lyon made up his medicines. He practised both from his house and by visiting. He denied accepting any payment from his servant and denied training him in medicine. He said that both he and his brother lived off a 'very rich inheritance'.

Entry George Brann of Bread Street said that his servant had gone to B, who gave him a purge of his own, which caused illness, and then a potion and a clyster. The man died. B admitted giving a purge of infusion of senna & ?mechoasan.
