1. Donacio Ecclesie de Bumstede ad turrim Vicariis Choralibus Ecclesie Cathedralis Sancti Pauli.

Omnibus Christi fidelibus presens scriptum visuris vel audituris, Eustachius (fn. 2) divina miseracione London Episcopus, Salutem in Domino sempiternam. Noverit universitas vestra nos, de assensu et voluntate Capituli nostri, Ecclesiam de Bumsted, (fn. 3) quam Prior et Conventus de Stok Deo et Ecclesie Sancti Pauli London ad instanciam nostram concesserunt, ad sustentacionem pauperum clericorum Chorum Sancti Pauli bene frequentancium et divinum officium de gloriosa Virgine Maria celebrancium, una cum quinque marcis quas de ecclesia de ffynchyngefeld perquisivimus, assignasse in hune modum, videlicet, singulis septimanis sex clerici cum uno Sacerdote de Choro vicissim eligantur, qui celebracioni Misse de gloriosa Virgine singulis diebus intersint, et matutinas et alias horas coram Altare ejusdem dicant, quibus fructus ecclesie prefate de Bumsted una cum quinque marcis predictis prout meruerint distribuantur: salva competenti Vicaria in ecclesia memorata. Hiis testibus: Galfrido Archidiacono London, (fn. 4) Philippo Archidiacono Huntyngdon, (fn. 5) Reginaldo Archidiacono Middelsexie, Rogero Archidiacono Colcestrie, (fn. 6) Magistro Willielmo de Purle, Willielmo filio Roberti Canonico Sancti Pauli London, Henrico Capellano Sancti Pauli, et aliis.

2. Concessio quinque marcarum Vicariis Choralibus Ecclesie Cathedralis S. Pauli, per Priorem de Thetford.

Omnibus sancte matris ecclesie filiis presens scriptum inspecturis, R. Prior de Thefford et ejusdem loci conventus, Salutem eternam in Domino. Noverit universitas vestra nos, divine pietatis intuitu, Ecclesie Sancti Pauli London de ecclesia nostra de ffynchyngfeld (fn. 7) quinque marcas argenti ad sustentacionem pauperum Vicariorum dicte Ecclesie Sancti Pauli concessisse, et hac presenti carta nostra, quantum ad nos pertinet, confirmasse ad duos terminos anni percipiendas, medietatem, videlicet, ad Pascha, et aliam medietatem ad festum Sancti Michaelis; quas quidem quinque marcas Vicarius qui pro tempore in dicta Ecclesia de ffynchyngfelde ministrabit memorate Ecclesie Sancti Pauli statutis terminis fideliter persolvet, et se ad hoc faciendum cum institutus fuerit, presente Episcopo, juramento interposito, obligabit. Et ut hec nostra concessio rata futuris maneat temporibus et inconcussa nos presens scriptum sigillorum nostrorum apposicione duximus corroborandum. Hiis testibus.
