Patrick Davidis, of the diocese of St. Andrews, M.A. For the canonry and prebend of Glasgow, void by the death of Alexander de Wardlaw, and reserved to the pope by reason that the same Alexander was the nephew of the late cardinal of Scotland.

Patrick Wisse, priest, of the diocese of Ferns. For the vicarage of St. Michael's, Coventry, value 25 marks, void by the death of the last vicar so long ago that it has lapsed to the apostolic see, notwithstanding that he is of illegitimate birth, and that at the time of the schism he adhered to the anti-pope Bartholomew, by whom he was dispensed.

For the canonry and prebend of Kyllaugny in Ferns, value 25 marks, void by the death of William de Karlell so long ago that they have lapsed to the apostolic see, notwithstanding his illegitimacy, and that he has a grant of the vicarage of St. Michael's, Coventry, value 8 marks, and that in the time of the schism (as above).

The pope, motu proprio, makes provision to Henry Wardlau, of the diocese of Glasgow, licentiate in arts, nephew of the late cardinal of Scotland, of the church of Cavers, in the said diocese, void by the consecration of M. bishop of Glasgow, or by reason that Hugh Raa, subdean of Glasgow, has by authority of the ordinary obtained the church of Stractaven. Benedict Johannis, of the diocese of Argyle, of noble birth, student at Paris in canon law. For the deanery of Argyle, unlawfully held by James Johannis de Tinetur, void by reason that the late dean Lacham held it together with the church of Gerlafrod in the said diocese, contrary to the provisions of the bull Execrabilis, or that it has been so long void that it has lapsed to the apostolic see; he also prays for dispensation to hold also the church of St. George, Monewog, in the said diocese, which is served by a vicar, the fruits of the deanery and the church amounting to only 60 gold florins.

On behalf of his chaplain, Beanus Johannis Andree, of noble birth, rector of St. Manengs, in the diocese of Lismore, for the deanery of Lismore, void by reason that the late dean Lochan held it together with the church of St. Columba in Glose, in the said diocese, contrary to the provisions of the bull Execrabilis, or that it has been so long void that it has lapsed to the apostolic see; also for dispensation that he may hold the said church, which is served by a perpetual vicar, together with the deanery, the fruits of both benefices amounting to no more than 12l.
