Entry 'It was decided that Baptista who appeared then should come again on the following Monday to pay then his fine of £10 in cash and similarly on the feast of the Purification of Mary he should pay £10; but if he refused, he should be imprisoned because of malpractices.'
Action taken Fined £20 in two instalments; to be imprisoned if he did not pay.

Entry 'Baptist appeared following the decision of the previous Comitia. Regarding him it was decided that he should pay £5 in present money, and that afterwards he should give his bond for £5 to be paid at the following feast of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary when he should present himself in the College, and that either he should pay £10 on the following St. John the Baptist's Day or if he refused he should receive corporal punishment according to the Judgement of the College.'
