Entry CHETLEY (159, qv), apothecary, said he had had Dr J's advice to give his patient Thomas Gwin a clyster and a potion. But Dr J said he had not given a prescription but had only suggested the clyster, and had recommended a potion of Diascordium (which was not what C had given).
