Entry H, an MA of Oxford (of 1565), confessed to practising medicine for several years in the City. He was being detained at the command of the Queen and the Ecclesiastical Commissioners. He asked for leniency, as he intended to leave London.

Entry It was decided that if H remained in London then he would have to pay £10 for his previous practice and for a licence to practise in future. Meantime he must give a pledge for £20.
