A moderate valuation of all the houses within the parish of St. Mildred in Bread Street, made by the Rector of the parish of St. Mildred aforesaid with the advice of some of the best of the parishioners, abating the fourth part of the utmost value of the houses together with the Tyth that is now paid, the casual profits and present maintenance.
