527 POMEROY V BROCKENDEN
Thomas Pomeroy of Ingsdon, co. Devon, esq v George Brockenden
May 1636
Abstract
Proceedings survive from May 1636, but they do not reveal the cause or result of Pomeroy's complaint against Brockenden.
Summary of proceedings
No counsel was mentioned. On 9 May 1636 George Brockenden was required to appear before Sir Henry Marten.
Notes
Thomas was possibly a relative of the Hugh Pomeroy who was knighted and a royalist in arms during the civil wars.
