Abstract
The cause and result of Faunt's complaint against Jeffery remain unknown as the proceedings refer only to Jeffery's non-appearance in court in May 1636.
Summary of proceedings
No counsel was mentioned. In around April 1636 Jeffery had to appear when next stipulated by the court. This was reiterated on 7 May, and a penalty was reserved for Jeffery for his non-appearance. Further proceedings on 9 May are damaged.
