John Estcroft, esq v John Byrkehill

February 1639

Abstract

Dr Duck presented the libel on behalf of Estcrofte in February 1639; but the cause and result of his complaint against Byrkehill remain unknown.

Summary of proceedings

Dr Duck acted as counsel for Estcroft and Dr Swett for Byrkehill. On 21 February Swett appeared on behalf of Byrkehill and Dr Duck presented the libel which Swett denied.
