Richard Crompton, gent v Alexander Eakins of Weston Favell, co. Northampton

Abstract

Proceedings survive from May 1636, but they do not indicate the cause or result of Crompton's complaint against Eakins.

Dr Duck acted counsel. There were proceedings involving a petition from Dr Duck before Sir Henry Marten on 9 May 1636.
