Francis Rest of Turnmill Street, sawyer, and Robert Jurden of the same, labourer, for assaulting Thomas Moscroppe [Moscrop, Mascroppe] of St. James', Clerkenwell, butcher, at Turnmill Street, and robbing him of a comb worth 1d., a handkerchief worth 6d., a fallingband worth 2d., a cap worth 2d., a purse worth 1d. and 14s. in money in it.
Both not guilty. To remain in prison till they have made restitution to the said Moscroppe of the 14s. taken from him, and Moscroppe is committed until he pay 5s. for the poor of the parish because he was drunk when his pocket was picked.
