Doctor Heath and Mr. Hakewill return with this Answer from the House of Commons:

(fn. 1) That they agree in the communicating the Propositions to the Scotts Commissioners, and in the Meeting of the Committee to draw up an Answer to the Scotts Paper, and to the Ordinance for continuing of the Committee for the Admiralty and Cinque Ports: To all the rest, they will send an Answer by Messengers of their own.

Letter from Col. Jones.

A Letter of Colonel Jones, in Ireland, was read; and Ordered, That a Letter be written, from this House, of Thanks to Colonel Jones, for his great Service.

Judgement against Morris, alias Poyntz, &c. to be perused.

Upon reading the Judgement of this House, concerning the damning of Three forged Fines, and a forged Pleading, and a forged Copy of a pretended Act of Parliament, pretended to be found in the Court of Wards:

It is Ordered, That Mr. Hakewill shall peruse the said Judgement, and see whether the Titles be rightly recited, and report the same to this House.

Axholm Participants, versus Noddle & al.

Ordered, That the Earl of Manchester do let the Barons of the Exchequer know, "That it is not the Intent of this House, to stay any legal Proceedings in that Court, in the Cause between the Participants of the Isle of Axholme and Noddle, &c."

Complaint against Cawdry and Hutton, Officers of Camb. University.

Ordered, That the Complaint against Mr. Cawdrey and Mr. Hutton shall be heard on Wednesday next; and that, in the mean Time, Mr. Cawdrey be bailed: Provided, That he do not go down to Cambridge.

Stewart and Elmhurst.

Ordered, That Mr. Elmhurst shall make his Title good to this House this Day Sevennight, in the Cause depending between him and Mr. Steuart; at which Time both Parties are, with their Counsel, to attend this House.

Wyld's Ordinance to be Remembrancer of the Exchequer.

An Ordinance to establish Mr. George Wylde to be Remembrancer in the Court of Exchequer, was read, and Agreed; and Ordered to be sent to the House of Commons for Concurrence.

Cook and Hale, in Error.

Ordered, That the Writ of Error between Cooke and Hale shall be argued, by Counsel on both Sides, on Tuesday next.

Ould Inhabitants and Schloer their Minister.

Ordered, That the Business of the Town of Ould, in the County of North'ton, shall be heard To-morrow Morning.

Propositions to be communicated to the Scots Commissioners.

"Ordered, by the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, That the Members of both Houses that are of the Committee of both Kingdoms do communicate the Propositions to be sent to the King, to the Commissioners of the Kingdom of Scotland, this Afternoon, at Three a Clock."

Pybus to be instituted to Hasting Leigh;

Ordered, That Doctor Heath give Institution and Induction unto Henry Pybus Clerk, Master of Arts, to the Rectory of Hasting Leigh, alias Hasting Ley, in Com. Kent, void by the Death of the last Incumbent; salvo Jure cujuscunque; granted by the Great Seal.

Gardner to Cuddesdon;

Ordered, That Doctor Heath give Institution and Induction unto Phillip Gardner Clerk, Master of Arts, to the Vicarage of Cuddesdon, in Com. Oxon, void by the Death of the last Incumbent, granted by the Great Seal; salvo Jure cujuscunque.

Eaton to Pangborne;

Ordered, That Doctor Heath give Institution and Induction unto Rob't Eaton Clerk, Master of Arts, to the Rectory of Pangborne, in Com. Berks, void by the Death of the last Incumbent; salvo Jure cujuscunque; granted by the Great Seal.

and Babgay to Stoke Albany.

Ordered, That Doctor Heath give Institution and Induction unto Thomas Babgay Clerk, Master of Arts, to the Rectory of Stoake Albany, in the County of North'ton, void by the Death of the last Incumbent; salvo Jure cujuscunque; granted by the Great Seal.
