Glover versus Wilson.

Ordered, That the Complaint of Mr. Glover, against Dr. Wilson, shall be heard, by Counsel on both Sides, this Day Three Weeks; at which Time all Persons who it concerns are to attend, with their Counsel and Witnesses.

Marquis of Winton's Liberty prolonged.

Ordered, That the Marquis of Winton shall have further Leave, for his Health, to have the Liberty from his Imprisonment in The Tower, for Three Months longer, upon the same Terms; and the Concurrence of the House of Commons to be desired herein.

Irish Protestants Collection.

An Order concerning the Collections for the poor Irish Protestants, was read, and Agreed to.

Propositions for Peace.

Ordered, That these Lords following shall draw up into Propositions those Votes which are passed this House, mentioned in the Proposals from the Army, concerning the Proportions which Delinquents shall be set at, for compounding for their Delinquency; and to report the same to this House:

The House was adjourned into a Committee of the whole House during Pleasure, to debate, "Whether there shall be a limited Time set, for the Dissolving of this Parliament?"

The House being resumed;

It is Ordered, To be referred to the abovesaid Committee, to consider of drawing up of a Proposition to be sent to the King, according to what was proposed and debated in the Committee.

Ordered, That it is referred to the same Committee, to consider of drawing up a Proposition concerning the Election of Justices of Peace and Grand Jury Men, and to present the same to this House.

Message to the H. C. about the following Particulars.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Dr. Aylett and Mr. Sadler:

1. To desire their Concurrence, that the Marquis of Winton may have Liberty for Three Months longer, upon the same Security, for his Health.

2. To put them in Mind of the Ordinance for a Collection for the Town of Barton.

3. To put them in Mind of Mr. Jefferie's Petition.

4. To put them in Mind of the Paper sent down to them, about acquainting the Scotts Commissioners that the Houses intend to send Propositions to the King.

5. To deliver to them the Petition of Mr. Boyd, and desire their Concurrence therein.

6. To deliver to them the Votes concerning the Affairs of Ireland, and desire their Concurrence therein.

7. To deliver to them the Order for sending Colonel Raynsborough to Sea presently, and desire their Concurrence therein.

8. To deliver to them the Report from the Admiralty concerning the Irish Prisoners, with the Order of this House thereupon; and desire their Concurrence therein.

Propositions for Peace.

A Paper was brought in, containing a Proposition to be offered to the King, concerning Religion; which was read.

And being debated;

And the Question being put, "Whether to pass this now read, as a Proposition to be sent to the King?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed this Day shall meet in the Prince's Lodgings, this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock, to draw up into Form the Propositions agreed upon by both Houses, and also the Votes concerning Delinquents, and about the putting of a Period to this Parliament, and concerning Justices of Peace and Grand Jury Men; and to present the same to this House To-morrow, if they can.

Dyer and Weeden, in Error.

Ordered, That the Errors between Dyer and Weeden shall be argued, by Counsel, at this Bar, on Tuesday next.

Order to distribute the Money collected for the Irish Protestants.

Ordered, by the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, That it be referred unto Mr. Wheeler, Sir John Temple, Mr. Rous, Mr. Knightly, Colonel Bossevile, Mr. Weaver, Mr. Annesly, Colonel Jephson, or any Two of them, to give Order and Directions to the Treasurers for the Collections for Ireland, for the disposing of such Monies as are or shall come to their Hands, for the Relief of the said Irish Protestants that are come out of Ireland; and that the Order of the foresaid Gentlemen shall be a sufficient Warrant to the said Treasurers, for issuing out the said Monies, according as they shall from them receive Directions and Order herein."
