Murray, a Pass to France.

Ordered, That Mr. Mungo Murray shall have a Pass, to go into France, with a Nag.

Croker versus Wise.

This Day the Counsel of Mr. Croker were heard, by Witnesses, to make good their Charges against Mr. Wise and his Wife.

It is Ordered, That Tuesday come Fortnight Mr. Wise is to make his Defence; and that Mr. Wise and his Wife shall bring in, by To-morrow Morning, upon Oath, all such Writings and Evidences which they have in their Custody, concerning Mr. Croker's Estate.

And also Mr. Wise is to bring in, upon Oath, Tomorrow Morning, the Names of such Witnesses as are necessary for to be produced by him in making his Defence.

Adjourn.
