That they will send an Answer, by Messengers of their own, to the Message sent Yesterday to the House of Commons.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Edward Leech and Mr. Page:

To put them in Mind of the Message sent to them Yesterday, concerning the Propositions.

Ordinance concerning Hull.

The Lord Wharton reported from the Committee, the Ordinance (fn. 1) concerning Hull, as fit to pass, with some Alterations; which was read, and Agreed to, with the said Alterations; and Ordered to be sent to the House of Commons for their Concurrence.

Letter from Ly. Dalkeith, concerning the Princess Henrietta.

A Letter from the Lady Dalkith, directed to the Speaker, was read, concerning the King's Daughter; desiring, "That she may continue with the Princess Henrietta, in Subordination to the Earl of Northumb. and some Maintenance provided for her; or else to be imbursed those Monies which she hath laid out (fn. 2) for the Princess's Occasions, and Leave to carry the Princess to the King, according to the Articles of the Surrender of Exeter, she being commanded by the King not to leave her."

Ordered, That it is referred to the Committee of the Houshold for the King's Children, to consider what is fit to be done upon this Letter, and report the same to the House. The Committee to meet on Monday next, in the Afternoon.

Ordinance concerning Bristol.

Ordered, That the Committee for the Ordinance concerning Bristoll shall meet on Monday next, in the Morning; and the Glo'stershire Gentlemen to have Notice of it.

Col. Leighton's Accompts to be audited.

Upon reading the Petition of Colonel Leighton, desiring "his Accompts to be audited, and his Arrears paid."

It is Ordered, That his Accompts be audited, and his Petition be recommended to the House of Commons.

Capt. Awdley released.

This Day Captain Awdley was brought to the Bar, as a Delinquent.

And he denied he gave any Licence for the Printing of Brittanicus; and that he did never see it until it was in Print.

Hereupon this House Ordered, That he shall be released from his present Restraint until this House send for him again.

Letter to the Emperor of Russia, delivered to the Ambassador at his Audience of Leave.

Next, the Ambassador of the Emperor of Russia was received in this House.

And the Speaker told him, "That this House (fn. 3) took Notice of the great Respects which the Emperor of Russia hath shewed to this State, and to the English Merchants; and this House do present to him the Letter of both Houses of Parliament, to be delivered to his Master the Emperor of Russia."

And wishing him a good Journey, he took his Leave, and departed.

Writs of Error to be argued.

Ordered, That the Errors in the Writ of Error between Cooke and Slipper, and likewise in the Writ of Error between Anne Harris and George Haughton, shall be argued on Tuesday next, at this House.

Ordered, That on Tuesday next the Errors shall be argued between Pitcher and Draper:

And between England and Clarke.

E. of Cambridge's Goods deposited with the E. of Denbigh.

Ordered, That this House leaves it to the Earl of Denbigh, to go to the Committee of the House of Commons, concerning the Goods of the Earl of Cambridge deposited in the Hands of the Earl of Denbigh by the House of Commons.

Balden sent for.

Upon reading the Affidavits of John Kinge and others: It is Ordered, That John Balden shall be sent for as a Delinquent, to answer his Misdemeanors to this House.
