Jennings and Dawes.

(fn. 1) The Counsel on both Sides, between Sir Thomas Dawes and Mr. Jennings, in Behalf of Mr. Latch, were heard this Day at this Bar, concerning the Five Bonds of Ten Thousand Pounds, whether they were in Trust or real Debts; and concerning the Accompts between Sir Abraham Dawes and Mr. Latch.

And it is Ordered, That Mr. Justice shall state the Business, and present the same to this House To-morrow Morning.

Monsieur De La Salle to see the Letters from France.

Ordered, That Monsieur De La Salles may have a Sight of those Letters which are in the Hands of the Clerk of the Parliament, and make Use of such as are (fn. 2) about Business; and, after Sight of them, are to be sealed up, and remain in the Custody of the Clerk of the Parliament, until this House gives further Direction; and Copies may be taken of them by Mr. La Salles.
