PRAYERS.

The Lord Grey of Warke, Speaker.

Williams sent for, for carrying on the Building near Breton's.

Upon reading an Affidavit of Daniell Breton, "That contrary and in Contempt of an Order of this House, Paul Williams does dig up Part of the Bowling Alley, to the great Prejudice of the Inheritance of the Countess of Manchester:" It is Ordered, That the said Paul Williams shall be sent for, as a Delinquent, to answer the said Contempt.

E. of Westmorland's Horses protected.

Ordered, The Earl of Westm. shall have the Protection of this House, for his Horses, which he rides out of Town, to take [ (fn. 1) the Air for] his Health.

Ld. Dacres desired to attend.

Upon reading the Lord Dacres Letter, desiring "to be excused from giving his Attendance on this House for a little longer Time, in regard of his ill Health:" It is Ordered, That the Speaker of this House do signisy, by Letter, to the Lord Dacres, that this House desires him to come to this House, to give his Attendance as a Peer, in regard of the great important Businesses now in Agitation.

March's Petition (that the Earl of Arundel's Goods may not be removed out of Norfolk) sent to the H. C.

Ordered, That the Petition of Wm. March, Servant to the Earl of Arundle, touching Goods at Norwich, and other Houses of his Lordship's in the County of Norff. seized by the Committees, by virtue of an Ordinance of both Houses, shall be sent to the House of Commons, and recommended to their Consideration; which was accordingly done, by Mr. Page and Doctor Aylett.

Marquis De Vieuville's Son, a Pass.

Upon the Desire of the Eldest Son of the Marquis De Vieuville: It is Ordered, That he shall have a Pass, to come from Oxford, to London, in Order to his Transportation for France.

Adjourn.
