Answer from the H. C. about the Ordinance for destroying Images, &c.

The Messengers sent to the House of Commons return with this Answer:

That they have delivered the Ordinance for the Abolishing of Images and superstitious Pictures in Churches, with the Alterations made by their Lordships; to which the House of Commons do agree.

Justice Berkley's Trial.

Ordered, That this House will hear the Trial of Mr. Justice Berckley To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock.

Message to the H. C. about it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Serjeant Fynch and Doctor Aylett:

To let them know, that their Lordships have deferred the Trial of Mr. Justice Berkley till To-morrow Morning.
