Poor Irish Ministers to receive the Contribution money at the Fast.
Ordered, That the Poor Ministers of Ireland be recommended to the Charity of London; and that they may have what is given at the next General Fast, being to be kept on Wednesday next.
Admiralty of Amsterdam.
Ordered, That nothing be done in the Cause of the Admiralty of Amsterdam, until Notice be given on the other Side.
Mrs. Massie versus Rolfe and others.
Ordered, That Mrs. Massie, having exhibited Two Bills in Chancery, against Mr. Rolfe and others, "That several Lands that they stand seized of may not be disposed of by them, before the Lord Keeper make some End in the Business, for the frustrating of his Lordships Order." This Order to be read in the House, before it be delivered.
Countess Rivers's Petition, to have her Goods restored.
The Petition of the Countess Rivers, read; shewing, That, by some tumultuous People, the hath been dispoiled of all her Goods, in her Two Houses, the one in Essex, the other in Suff. to the Value of Fifty Thousand Pounds; and desired that Search might be made for her Goods."
Order for it.
Ordered, That an Order shall go to all Mayors, Sheriffs, Justices of Peace, for the aiding and assisting of the Countess's Servants, for the finding out of her Goods; and in especial to Mr. Grimston, Recorder of Colchester, and to the Justices in Essex and Suff.
Habeas Corpus for Stapilton and Lister from Nottingham.
Ordered, That a Habeas Corpus cum Causa shall be awarded, by the Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench, returnable before his Lordship on the First Return in the next Term, for the bringing up of the Bodies of Mr. Bry. Stapleton and Mr. Tho. Lister, now remaining in Nottingham Gaol.
Ordinance for raising Money in London.
The Ordinance of both Houses of Parliament, for the raising of Money and Plate in the several Wards and Parishes in and about London, with the Names of such Men as are to make the Collection, and to set down the Inhabitants Names, (fn. 1) was read, and passed; and then sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Dr. Aylett and Mr. Dr. Heath.
Two Lords to see the Ordinance executed.
Ordered, That Earl Bolingbrooke and Lord Grey de War, (fn. 2) do send the Ordinance to the Persons appointed to make the Collections, to take an Account of them, and to send for them as there shall be Cause.

"Whereas the Lords in Parliament have, upon a former Petition of Mrs. Massy against Willm. Rolphe, referred the said Petition, and Matters therein contained, unto the Lord Keeper, since which the hath exhibited Two Bills in Chancery, against the said Rolph and others: It is Ordered, by the Lords in Parliament, That an Extent in the Hands of Rich'd Newdegate, Esquire, and mortgaged Lands in the Hands of Sir Richard Gurney, Knight, and Baronet, and Coal-mines and other Lands, in the County of Warwick, in the Hands of the said Rolphe, or his Trustees or Parties aforesaid, since the said Reference, shall remain as now they are; and that no Act shall be done, by the Parties aforesaid, to frustrate any Order that the Lord Keeper shall make, on the Behalf of the said Mrs. Massy, touching the Matter referred; but that the same shall remain liable to such Order as the Lord Keeper shall make in this Cause."
