Mrs. Gerrard and Family, a Pass.
Ordered, That Mrs. Gherrard, with Four small Children, and Two Maids, in a Hackney Coach, and Coachman, and Two Men, shall have a Pass, to go to Maborne, in Worcestershire, and to have her necessary Apparel; and the Coach and Coachman, and One other Man, to return to London.
Rich, to transport Horses.
Ordered, That Mr. Charles Rich shall have a Pass, to transport Four Horses into France.
Lord Say & Seal excused attending the King.
Ordered, That this House insists upon Nomination of the Earl of Northumberland and the Lord Viscount Say & Seale as Commitees, to be sent unto His Majesty, notwithstanding any Exception taken to the Lord Viscount Say & Seale: Yet, in regard the Lord Viscount Say & Seale hath requested this House to dispense with him, because he finds it inconvenient for him to go to Oxford, in respect of some particular Occasions at this Time requiring his Stay here in London, this House is contented to give him this Liberty, to stay if he please.
Order to indemnify the London Sheriffs, to be printed.
Ordered, The Order for the Indemnity of the Sheriffs of London shall be printed and published forthwith.

Ordered, That the Pass for the Earl of Strafford, to travel into France, shall be renewed.
Lady Diana Newport, a Pass.
Ordered, That the Lady Diana Newport shall have a Pass, to come to London, out of Shropshire; and that Two Hackney Coaches shall be permitted to go down, to fetch her up.
Overman, & al. versus Doughty, in Error.
Upon the Petition of Thomas Overman and John Hardwicke, against John Doughty, Gentleman; shewing, "That the Petitioners have brought a Writ of Error, to reverse a Judgement affirmed against them in the King's Bench, in an Action of Trespass, for taking away of Goods; they have assigned for Error, That the Record is not fully removed, the Original Venire Facias and Habeas Corpora Juratorum, with their Returns, being yet kept back, and remaining on Record on the Angl. of Mich. 17 Carol. R. in the Custody of the Keepers of the Writs of the said King's Bench, and not yet transcripted before their Lordships as they ought to be.
Therefore humbly prayed, that a Certiorari be directed to the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Bench, to certify the same; and that, till the same be certified, all further Proceedings therein may cease."
Ordered, That a Certicrari be directed, according to the Prayer of the Petition.
Adjourn.
