The Earl of Rochford acquainted the House, That His Majesty having been informed of the Contents of the Bill, intituled, An Act for dividing and enclosing the Commonable Lands and Waste Grounds, within the Manor and Parish of Ubly, in the County of Somerset, was pleased to consent (as far as His Majestys Interest is concerned) that their lordships may proceed therein as they shall think fit.
Boston West Enclosure Bill.

The Earl of Marchmont reported from the Lords Committees, to whom the Bill, intituled, An Act for regulating and improving the Fisheries in the River Tweed, and the Rivers and Streams running into the same, and also within the Mouth or Entrance of the said River, was committed: That they had considered the said Bill, and examined the Allegations thereof, which were found to be true; and that the Committee had gone through the Bill, and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment.
Alconbury Hill, &c. Road Bill.
The Lord Boston made the like Report from the Lords Committees, to whom the Bill, intituled, An Act for enlarging the Term and Powers of several Acts made for repairing and amending that Part of the Road leading from a certain Place called the White Post, on Alconbury Hill, in the County of Huntingdon, to Wandsford Bridge, in the said County, called the North Division of the North Road, and for repairing the Road leading from Stilton, in the said County of Huntingdon, to the City of Peterborough, in the County of Northampton, was committed.
E. Scarbroughs Estate Bill.
The Lord Boston also reported from the Lords Committees, to whom the Bill, intituled, An Act for discharging the Manor of Coldheseldon, and divers Messages, Lands, and Hereditaments, Part of the Estate of Richard Earl of Scarbrough, from the Uses, Estates, and Trusts, declared concerning the same, by the Settlement executed previous to his Marriage with Barbara Countess of Scarbrough, his Wife, and by a certain Act of Parliament which passed in the Seventh Year of His present Majestys Reign, and for settling another Manor and other Lands and Hereditaments, of greater Value, in Lieu thereof, to the like Uses, was committed: That they had considered the said Bill, and examined the Allegations thereof, which were found to be true; that the Parties concerned had given their Consents to the Satisfaction of the Committee; and that the Committee had gone through the Bill, and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment.
Ordered, That the said Bill be engrossed.
Swaliffe Enclosure Bill.
The Lord Viscount Say &Sele made the like Report from the Lords Committees, to whom the Bill, intituled, An Act for dividing and enclosing the Open and Common Fields, in the Parish of Swalcliffe, in the County of Oxford, was committed.

Ross and Ross against Ross.
After hearing Counsel upon the Petition and Appeal of Elizabeth Ross, and Hugh Ross Esquire Merchant in London, her Husband, complaining of Two Interlocutors of the Lord Ordinary in Scotland, of the 23d of December 1769 and 27th of January 1770; and also of Two Interlocutors of the Lords of Session there, of the 2d of March and 13th of July 1770; and praying, That the same might be reversed, or that the Appellants might have such Relief in the Premises as to this House, in their Lordships great Wisdom, should seem meet; as also upon the Answer of David Ross put in to the said Appeal, and due Consideration had of what was offered on either Side in this Cause.
Interlocutors affirmed.
