Munson versus E. of Middlesex.

The Petition of Sir Thomas Munson being read, the former Lords Committees, with Addition of the Lord North, the Lord Howard of Walden, the Lord Russell, and the Lord Grey of Wark, are appointed to consider of the Examinations taken in the Parliament Anno 21 Jacobi Regis, to prove Sir Thomas Munson's Complaint against the Earl of Midd. whether the said Complaint is proved amongst other Matters then objected against the said Earl for a Crime, or whether there be a special Examination to determine the Civil Cause between them; and, if there be any such Examination between them in the said Cause, whether the same be full, and of both Sides, so as the Lord Keeper may proceed to the Hearing and Determining of the said Complaint without further Examination or no.
