Relief of Creditors against those who die in Execution.

The Earl of South'ton reported the Bill for Relief of Creditors against such as die in Execution, fit to pass, with one Proviso.

The Proviso read 1^a et 2^a vice, and Ordered to be ingrossed.

Durham to send Members to Parliament.

The Lord President reported the Bill for the County Palatine of Durham to send Burgesses to Parliament, as fit to pass, without any Amendments.

Levying Fines in other Men's Names without their Consent.

And the Bill against those that shall levy Fines, &c. in other Men's Names, as fit to pass, with one Proviso, which was presently read 1^a et 2^a vice, and Ordered to be ingrossed.

Relief of Tenants of Crown-lands.

And the Bill for Relief of Patentees, for Non-payment of their Rents, &c. as fit to pass, with Amendments; the which Amendments were read 1^a et 2^a vice, and allowed.

The Lord Viscount Rocheford reported the Order conceived by the Lords Committees, concerning the Officers of the (fn. 1) Ordnance, which was read 1^a et 2^a vice, and referred to Mr. Serjeant Crewe and Mr. Attorney General, to be drawn up in legal Form; and the Security, and the Accompts between the said Officers and the Earl of Midd. are to be referred to the Lord Keeper and the Lord President.
