Richard Dicke' in Execution being bailed to appear in Court.

The humble Petition of William Garrowaye and Anthony Gibson was read; shewing, That, whereas they were Bail for the personal Appearance here in Court of Richard Dicke, complained of for the Business of Gold and Silver Thread, that the said Richard Dicke is taken in Execution in The King's Bench, at the Suit of Sir Robert Lee. They humbly desire the Lords, to send for the Body of the said Richard Dike, that thereupon such Order may be taken, as shall stand with the Honour and Privileges of this Honourable Court.

Habeas Corpus pro Richard Dike.

Whereupon it was Ordered, That His Majesty's Writ of Habeas corpus cum causa shall be awarded to the Marshal of The King's Bench, to bring the Body of the said Richard Dike before the Lords, on Monday next, the Twenty-sixth of this Instant November, at Nine in the Morning.

A Warrant delivered to the Deputy Clerk of the Crown accordingly. Signed by the Clerk.

Three Lords to report the Message from the King delivered by them at the Conference.

It is Agreed, That the Lord Keeper, the Lord Treasurer, and the Lord Digby shall, on Saturday Morning next, make Report unto the House of the Message by them delivered from the King Yesterday in the Painted Chamber, at the Meeting of both the Houses.

Exportation of Ordnance.

The Names of the Lords Committees on the Bill of Transportation of Iron Ordnance were read; unto which Committee was added the Lord Treasurer; and the said Committee is to meet on Saturday next, the Twentyfourth of this November, at Two in the Afternoon, in the Painted Chamber.

Limitation of Suits in Law.

The Names of the Committees on the Bill of Limitation of Suits were read; unto which Committee were added the

Orders of the House, &c.

The Names of the Committee and Sub-committee of the Customs and Orders of this House, and Privileges of the Peers of the Kingdom, or Lords of Parliament, were read.

The Grand Committee of the said Privileges, &c. are to consider of the Abuse of Protections, and to make Report thereof to the House.
