A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Wylde and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act declaring the Uses of Two several Fines levied by John Cuffe Esquire and Margaret his Wife to Joseph Kelly Esquire, deceased, and Maurice Cuffe Esquire, and the Heirs of the said Joseph Kelly, of certain Lands and Tithes, in the Counties of Down and Cavan, in the Kingdom of Ireland;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the same, without any Amendment.

Thynne's Estate, for Sale of, Bill;

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Hungerford and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting an Estate, at Corsham, in Wiltshire, in the surviving Trustee and Executor of the last Will of Henry Frederick Thynne Esquire, deceased, and his Heirs, to make Sale thereof, for the Execution of the Trusts created by his Will;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the same, without any Amendment.

and Stone's Bill.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Ingram and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of the Estate of John Stone the Elder and John Stone the Younger, in the County of Sussex, for discharging the Incumbrances thereon, in respect of the Infancy of One of the Coheirs of John Stone the Younger; and for securing the Residue of the Money, as therein is mentioned;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to their Lordships Amendments made thereto.

E. of Ranelagh's Estate Sale, Judges Report read.

The Report of the Judges, to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of the late Richard Earl of Ranelagh (of the Kingdom of Ireland) his Estate at Chelsea and Cranborn, in the Counties of Midd'x and Berks, for the Purposes therein mentioned," was referred, was this Day read.

Wives, &c. of the late E. of Southesk & al. Bill: Wife of the late L. Nairn's Bill:

Whereas, by Orders of this House on Wednesday last, Yesterday was appointed, for the House to be put into a Committee of the whole House upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable His Majesty to make Provision for the respective Wives and Children of James late Earl of Southesk, James late Lord Drummond, the late Sir Hugh Paterson of Bannockburn, and James Stirling late of Keir;" as also upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable His Majesty to make Provision for Margaret Lady Nairn and her Children, out of her Paternal Estate, forfeited during the Life of William Murray late Lord Nairn her Husband:"

The House being this Day moved, "In regard to the Private Nature of the said Bills, that the same be referred to the Consideration of a Select Committee:"

Referred to Committees.

It is thereupon Ordered, That the said Bills be committed to the Consideration of the Lords following; videlicet,

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Irish Linen, Bill.

Whereas Yesterday was appointed, for the House to be put into a Committee of the whole House upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for continuing the Liberty of exporting Irish Linen Cloth to the British Plantations in America, Duty free; and for other Purposes:"

It is Ordered, That this House shall be put into a Committee thereupon, on Monday next.

Equivalent Scotland, Bill.

The House (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to continue an Act of the First Year of His Majesty's Reign, intituled, An Act for taking and stating the Duties due and growing due to Scotland, by Way of Equivalent, in the Terms of the Union; and for Relief of the Creditors of the Public, and the Commissioners of the Equivalent."

And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Clarendon reported from the said Committee, "That they had gone through the Bill; and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."

Sheriffs Bills.

The Orders of the Day being read, in relation to the Commitment of the Bills concerning the Office of Sheriffs, their Fees, Patents, and passing their Accompts:

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better enabling Sheriffs to sue out their Patents, and pass their Accompts."

And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Clarendon reported from the said Committee, "That they had gone through the Bill; and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."

The House also was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better regulating the Office of Sheriffs; and for ascertaining their Fees, and the Fees for sueing out their Patents, and passing their Accompts."

And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Clarendon reported from the said Committee, "That they had gone through the said Bill; and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."

Act for registering Papists Estates, Bill to explain.

Whereas this Day was appointed, for receiving the Report of the Amendments made by the Committee of the whole House to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for explaining an Act passed the last Session of Parliament, intituled, An Act to oblige Papists to register their Names and Real Estates; and for enlarging the Time for such registering:"

It is Ordered, That the Report be received on Monday next, the First Business.
