A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Hampden and others:

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for Relief of the whole Traders and Dealers in English Bone Lace, by obviating several Doubts in several Acts for licensing Hawkers and Pedlars;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Wrightson and others:

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for enforcing and making perpetual an Act of the Twelfth Year of Her late-Majesty, intituled, An Act for the preserving of all such Ships and Goods thereof which shall happen to be forced on Shore, or stranded, upon the Coasts of this Kingdom, or any other of Her Majesty's Dominions;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Moor et al. versus Mattocks et al.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Boyl Moor, Henry Edgworth and Elizabeth his Wife, Frances Burridge, and John Cary; complaining of an Order of the Court of Chancery in Ireland, made the 3d of December 1715, in a Cause wherein Thomas Mattocks, Henry Bridges, Richard Healy, and Thomas Amory, were Plaintiffs, and the Appellants Defendants, so far as the said Order relates to the Allowance of the Plaintiffs Exceptions to Mr. Warburton the Master's Report, and the Disallowance of the Appellant's Exceptions; and also of several other Orders of the said Court, on the 17th of November 1714, 25th of June and 27th of November 1716; and praying, "That the same may be reversed or rectified:" As also upon the Answer of the said Thomas Mattocks, Henry Bridges, and Thomas Amory, put in thereunto; and due Consideration had of what was this Day offered on both Sides in the said Cause:

Judgement in Part.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the forementioned Order of the said Court of Chancery, of the 17th of November 1714, for transferring the Reference from Doctor White to the said Mr. Warburton, be, and is hereby, affirmed: And also, after hearing the Counsel on either Side, in relation to One of the Exceptions taken to the Master's Report, numbered 13, being the First Exception insisted on in the List or Note of Exceptions delivered on the Part of the Appellants to the Respondents Agents, pursuant to the Order of this House of the 20th of December last, it is further Ordered and Adjudged, That the said Order of the said Court of Chancery, of the 3d of December 1715, so far as relates to the over-ruling the said Exception, be, and is hereby, likewise affirmed: And it is further Ordered, That this House will, on Friday next, at Eleven a Clock, proceed to hear Counsel as to the other Exceptions contained in the said List or Note.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of John late Earl of Kildare, deceased, towards Payment of his Debts; and for other the Purposes therein mentioned."
