Carlton & al. versus L. Bellew & al.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Carlton Gentleman, Robert Couran Esquire and Mary his Wife, and Catherine Elwood, alias Carlton; complaining of several Orders and Decrees of the Court of Exchequer in Ireland, of the 6th of December 1715, 22d of February 1716, and 23d of May 1717, made on the Behalf of John Lord Bellew Baron of Duleek in the said Kingdom, Son and Heir of Richard late Lord Bellew, a Minor, by his Guardian Sir Thomas Smith Baronet, Frances Lady Dowager Bellew, commonly called Countess of Newburgh, Widow and Executrix of the said Richard Lord Bellew, and Thomas Earl of Westmeath in the said Kingdom; and praying, "That the said Orders and Decrees may be reversed:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Lord Bellew, Sir Thomas Smith, Frances Lady Dowager Bellew, and Thomas Earl of Westmeath, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and are hereby required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on or before Monday the Twentieth Day of January next; and that the Service of this Order on the Attornies in the said Court of Exchequer shall be good Service.
Arrat versus Wilson.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Mr. John Arrat; complaining of several Interlocutory Sentences and Decrees, and Affirmances thereof, by the Lords of Session in Scotland, made on the Behalf of John Wilson, whereby the Appellant is excluded from the Benefit of the Act of Parliament, as in the Appeal mentioned; and praying, "That the same may be reversed:"
It is Ordered, That the said John Wilson may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Monday the Thirteenth Day of January next.

After reading, and considering, the Report of the Judges, to whom was referred the Petition of Charles Eversfield Esquire; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:
It is Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill, pursuant to the said Petition and Report.

Shirt versus Carr, in Error.
The Lord Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench delivered the Transcript of a Record on a Writ of Error, between Robert Shirt Plaintiff, and Charles Carr Defendant.
Visc, Mountague versus Care, in Error.
As likewise another Transcript on a Second Writ of Error, between Henry Viscount Mountague Plaintiff, and Edward Care Defendant.
Wood versus Cranmer.
Whereas Wednesday next is appointed, for hearing the Cause wherein Charles Wood Esquire is Appellant, and Anne Cranmer Respondent:
It is Ordered, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday next, at Eleven a Clock.
