Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Proctor, of Rock, in the Country of Northumberland, Esquire, to raise the Sum of Four Thousand Pounds out of his Estate, for Payment of his Debts, and making Provision for his Younger Childern."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Hiccocks and Mr. Fellows:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Papists to register their Effects, Bill.

Whereas this Day was appointed, for the Second Reading the Bill, intituled, "An Act to oblige Papists to register their Names and Real Estates:"

It is Ordered, That the said Bill be read a Second Time on Wednesday next.

Message from H. C. with a Bill.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Molesworth and others:

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better regulating Select Vestries, within the Cities of London and Westminster, and Borough of Southwark and Bills of Mortality; and for preventing any Misapplication of Monies raised or given for the Maintenance of the Poor;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Ordered, That the said Bill be read the First Time To-morrow.

Lord Kerry versus Lady Semple:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of the Right Honourable Thomas Lord Baron of Kerry and Lixnawe, and Dorothy Waller Widow and Executrix of James Waller Gentleman deceased, and John Waller Son and Heir of the said James Waller, Trustees of the said Lord Kerry, brought into this House the Thirteenth Day of August last, complaining of an Order of the Court of Chancery in Ireland, made the Sixth Day of July last, in a Cause wherein Dame Grizel Semple, Widow and Executrix of Richard Cunningham Esquire, deceased, was Plaintiff, and the Appellants and others Defendants; and praying, "That the said Order may may be reversed:" As also upon the Answer of the said Lady Semple put in to the said Appeal; and due Consideration had of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement reversed.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Order of the Court of Chancery in Ireland complained of in the said Appeal, whereby the Money received by the Petitioner Dorothy Waller of one Mr. Knox, the Nineteenth of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and Four, with Interest for the same, should be brought into Court, by the said Dorothy, by the Twenty-fourth of August One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifteen, be, and the same is hereby, reversed; the said Lord Kerry having declared, by his Agent at the Bar, thereunto sufficiently authorized, "That he waived, and would not resume, or insist on, his Privilege in the said Cause:" And it is further Ordered and Adjudged, That the said Lord Kerry do give such sufficient Security as to the said Court of Chancery shall be thought fit, for the abiding the further Order or Decree of that Court.

Adjourn.
