MEMORANDUM, quod Christopherus Wraye, Miles, Capitalis Justiciarius de Banco Regis, secum adduxit in Parliamentum, in Camera Parliamenti, intra Dominos, Breve de Errore, et Billam de Regina indorsatam, ac Rotulum in quibus continebantur Placitum et Processus, in quibus supponebantur Errorem; et ibidem reliquit Transcriptum totius Recordi, cum Clerico Parliamenti, simul cum prædicto Breve de Errore in Parliamento.

Et super hoe venerunt Richardus Harbart, Johannes Awberie, Willielmus Fillian, et Symon Browne, in propriis Personis suis, in Parliamento; et statim dixerunt, quod in Recordo et Processu prædictis, ac etiam in Redditione Judicii prædicti, manifeste est Erratum, in hoc quod postquam Judicium prædictum, in Loquela prædicta, versus præfatum Thomam Gonnell, redditum fuit, et antequam prædictus Johannes Hunt prosequutus fuit, et impetravit prædictum primum Breve de Scire Facias, versus Præsatum Richardum Harbart, Johannem Awberie, Willielmum Fillian, et Symonem Browne, Manucaptores prædicti Thomæ Gonnell, nullum Breve de Capias ad satisfaciendum pro Debito et Dampnis prædictis, per præfatum Johannem Hunt, in Placito prædicto, prosequutum et retornatum fuit versus præfatum Thomam Gonnell, ubi, per Consuetudinem Curiæ dictæ Dominæ Reginæ, coram ipsa Regina, a tempore cujus contrarii memoria hominum non existit, in eadem ufitatum et approbatum, Breve de Capias ad satisfaciendum versus eundem Thomam Gonnell, pro Debito et Dampnis prædictis, in Placito prædicto, prosequi et retornari deberet, antequam aliquod Breve de Scire Facias versus Manucaptores prædictos, in Loquela illa, impetrari seu prosequi deberet, licet Consuetudo et Forma Caption is Recognitionum in Curia prædicta, usæ fuerant in forma prædicta; videlicet, si contingereteundem Thomam Gonnell, in Placito prædicto convinci, tunc iidem Manucaptores concesserunt, et quilibet eorum per se concessit, tam Debitum prædictum, quam omnia hujusmodi Dampna nunc et Custagia, quæ præfato Johanni Hunt in ea parte adjudicentur, de Terris et Catallis suis, et eorum cujuslibet, fieri, et ad opus prædicti Johannis Hunt levari; si contingeret prædictum Thomam Gonnell Debitum et Dampnum illi præfato Johanni Hunt minime solvere, aut se Prisonæ Maris Maresc. Dominæ Reginæ, coram ipsa Regina, ea occasione, non reddere, etc. Et petierunt iidem Ricardus Harbart, Johannes Awbrey, Willielmus Fillian, et Simon Browne, quod Judicium prædictum, et Processus super Brevia prædicta, de Scire Facias, prosequutus in Curia dictæ Dominæ Reginæ, coram ipsa Regina, revocetur, adnulletur, et penitus pro nullo habeatur. Et super hoc Domini, per Consilium Justiciariorum, post longam et maturam Deliberationem, uno Consensu, adjudicaverunt, quod Judicium prædictum, et Processus super Brevia prædicta, de Scire Facias, prosequutus in Curia dictæ Dominæ Reginæ, coram ipsa Domina Regina, revocetur, adnulletur, et penitus pro nullo habeatur.
