Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Naturalizing of the Children of Sir Edward Conwaie, Knight, Lieutenant Governor of the King's Majesty's Cautionary Town of The Brill.

Establishing Lord Chandois's Lands.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Establishing of the Possessions and Inheritance of Edmund late Lord Chandos of Sudeley, deceased.

Lady Chandois to give Security for her Daughter's Portion.

Ordered by the House, That, before the said Bill should be sent to the Lower House, the Lady Fraunces Chandos might be dealt withall, to give Security and Assurance for the Payment of the Seven Thousand Pounds assigned for the Portion of her Daughter Katherine Bridges, in regard it was thought that Provision sufficient was not had for it by the Bill.

Explanation of the Statute of Sewers.

1. An Act for Explanation of the Statute of Sewers, prima vice lecta.

2. An Act to enable all His Majesty's Loving Subjects of England and Wales, to trade freely into the Dominions of Spayne, Portugall, Fraunce, prima vice lecta. The said Bill was specially recommended by the Lower House.

Godfrey's Naturalization.

3. An Act for the Naturalizing of Daniell Godfrey, of the Parish of St. Buttolphes without Algate, Gentleman, Prima vice lecta.

Holland's Restitution.

4. An Act for the Restitution in Blood of John Holland, Son of Brian Holland, and Thomas Holland, son of the said John Holland. Prima vice lecta.

5. An Act for the Repealing of one Clause, or Branch, of a Statute, made in the First Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord James, the King's Majesty that now is, of England, France, and Ireland, and of Scotland the Thirty-seventh, intituled, An Act concerning Wherrymen and Watermen.

6. An Act for the better explaining of a former Act, made in the Thirty-fourth Year of the Reign of King Henry the Eighth, concerning Ordinances made for Wales, and establishing of the Government of the Lord President and Council there.

7. An Act for the granting and establishing of certain former Allowances unto the Merchants of Yorke, Hull, and Newcastle, in the Custom of their Cloths, according to a Privy Seal in the Thirty-third Year of Queen Elizabeth.

8. An Act for the President and Scholars of Corpus Christi College, in the University of Oxford. Returned to their Lordships, for their Consideration of certain Amendments and Additions by them added.

Attainder of Lord Cobham and Brooke.

Signification given to the House, by the Lord Admiral, the first of the Committees on the Bill lately re-committed for Attainder of the late Lord Cobham, etc. That the said Committees, finding that Bill not meet to be proceeded in, they have framed a new Bill of the same Title, which his Lordship presented this Day to the House.

Sir Christopher Hatton to sell Lands.

Upon a Motion of the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury, the Committees on the Bill concerning Sir Christopher Hatton were appointed to meet again on that Bill, upon Saturday next, the 15th of March, by Eight in the Morning, at the Little Chamber.

River Thames to Oxford.

Likewise the Committees on the Bill touching the Passage by Water from Oxford to London, etc. were, by a new Appointment, to meet upon Saturday aforesaid, 15th March, in the Morning, at the said Little Chamber, if Time should then serve for the same.
