Sir Christopher Hatton, to sell Lands.

HODIE 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act to enable Sir Christopher Hatton, Knight, to dispose of certain Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, notwithstanding a Limitation, or Clause of Perpetuity, annexed to his Estate.

L. Windsor's Lands for Payment of Debts.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the better Sale of certain Lands of Henry late Lord Windesor, deceased, for Payment of his Debts, and better Performance of his last Will and Testament.

Three Bills (which had been Thrice read and passed in this House) were sent this Day to the Lower House, by Sir Richard Swale and Sir John Tindale: videlicet,

Corpus Christi College Oxford.

1. An Act for the President and Scholars of Corpus Christi College, in the University of Oxford.

Countess of Essex's Jointure.

2. An Act for the Assurance of the Jointure of the Right Honourable Fraunces Countess of Essex, Wife of the Right Honourable Robert Earl of Essex.

Lord Danvers's Restitution.

3. An Act for the restoring and enabling of Henry Lord Danvers, notwithstanding the Attainder and Corruption in Blood of Sir Charles Danvers, Knight, deceased, elder Brother of the said Lord Danvers.

Attainder of Lord Cobham and Brooke.

Upon a Motion of the Earl of Salisburie, the Bill for the Attainder of the Lord Cobham, etc. was recommitted to the same Committees formerly named for that Bill; and the said Committees appointed to meet at the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence, upon Thursday next, the 6th of this Instant March, by Eight in the Morning.

Lord Treasurer desires to be excused.

Signification given to the House by the Lord Chancellor, That the Lord Treasurer desired to be excused for his Absence, in respect of his Indisposition, and Want of Health at this Time; and that the said Lord Treasurer had therefore sent such Bills as remained in his Hands (on the which his Lordship was the first of the Committees, and are hereunder mentioned) to be delivered to such other of the Committees as the House should appoint, for proceeding in the same in his Absence, as there should be Occasion. The Bills sent by his Lordship were these: videlicet,

To preserve the Royalties of the Crown.

1. An Act to preserve and restore to the Crown, the true and ancient Regalities appertaining to the same.

The rest of the Committees on that Bill appointed to meet at the Council Chamber, at Court, upon Monday, the 10th of March, by Two in the Afternoon.

Unnecessary Delays of Execution.

2. An Act for avoiding of unnecessary Delays of Execution.

Put over to be moved to the House on Monday next, for a new Meeting of the Committee.

Lands granted to Pelham.

3. An Act for the Assurance to Thomas Pelham, Esquire, of the Manors and Hereditaments mentioned to be to him granted by the King's Majesty's Letters Patents.

The Bill presently delivered to the Earl of Worcester.

Lands to Lord Rich.

4. An Act for the assuring of certain Manors and Lands to Robert Lord Riche.

The Proceeding on this Bill deferred till the Return of the Lord Riche.

Stealing Deer and Conies.

5. An Act against unlawful Hunting and Stealing of Deer and Conies.

The rest of the Committees to meet upon Saturday, the 8th of March, by Eight in the Morning, at the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence.

Decayed Cities, &c.

6. An Act to provide Means to better the Estate of decayed Cities and Towns.

The rest of the Committees also appointed to meet upon Saturday, the 8th of March, by Eight in the Morning, at the said Little Chamber.
