HODIE Edwardus Cooke, Regiæ Majestatis Solicitator, nominatus et electus Prolocutor Parliamenti, per Communes Regni, Sacræ Regiæ Majestati, in pleno Parliamento, est presentatus; qui, post Excusationem suam, coram dicta Domina Regina factam, quæ ex parte ejusdem Dominæ Reginæ admitti non potuit, ita egregie, eleganter, prudenter, et discrete, in Negotio sibi commisso, se gessit, ut, cum omnium præsentium Applausu et Lætitia, magnam sibi Laudem comparaverit: in fine Orationis, quasdam Petitiones ex more fecit; quibus Regina, per Dominum Custodem Magni Sigilli, respondit, quod idem Edwardus, Communesque, talibus Privilegiis fruerentur et gauderent, quibus alii, Temporibus Nobilium Progenitorum ipsius Dominæ Reginæ, frui et gaudere consueverunt.
