MEMORANDUM, quod hodierno die, vicesimo secundo Januarii, Anno Regni Reginæ Elizabethæ Vicesimo primo, in quam diem prorogatum fuerat presens Parliamentum, convenere Proceres, quorum nomina subscribuntur:

" Sciatis tamen, certis urgentibus Causis et Considerationibus Nos specialiter moventibus, prædictum Parliamentum Nostrum ulterius prorogandum duximus. De Fidelitate igitur, Prudentia, et Circumspectione, vestris plurimum confidentes, de Avisamento et Assensu Concilii Nostri, assignavimus vos Commissionarios Nostros, dantes vobis, viginti et quinque, etc. et tribus vestrum, tenore præsentium, plenamPotestatem et Auctoritatem, hoc instante die Solis (fn. 1), ad præsens Parliamentum Nostrum, nomine Nostro, ad et in vicesimum septimum diem Aprilis proxime futurum, usque prædictam Civitatem Nostram Westm. prorogandum et continuandum, ibidemque tunc tenendum et prosequendum, etc. Teste Meipsa, apud Westm. vicesimo secundo die Januarii, Anno Regni Nostri Vicesimo primo.
