Horse Armour and Weapons.

Hodie, The Lords the Committees returned the Bill for the having of Horse Armour and Weapons; with Answer, that they could get no Meeting but of so small a Number as their Lordships would not deal in it. The whole House presently proceeded to the Question, Whether it should be engrossed or no; the Question being asked with one Consent, their Lordships agreed it should be engrossed.
