HODIE 2^a et 3^a vice lecta est Billa, An Act concerning Informers, quæ communi omnium Procerum Assensu conclusa est.

Proclamations upon Fines.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Abridgement of Proclamations upon Fines to be levied at the Common Law. The Lords, upon the Second Reading, finding some Imperfections in this Bill, did desire to have Conference with some Committee of the Lower House; and, for that Purpose, their Lordships sent down Mr. Serjeant Shuttleworth, and Mr. Doctor Clarcke, to signify so much unto them of the Commons House. They of the Commons House chose out a Committee, and sent up; which being signified unto their Lordships, they made Choice of these Lords following, to have Conference with them; videlicet, the Lord Treasurer, the Lord Steward, the Bishop of Winchestre, the Lord Cobham, the Lord Buckehurste; and the Lord Chief Justice of the Common Pleas to attend the said Lords.

Committees of both Houses confer upon the said Bill.

After the Committees of both Houses had met, the Lords the Committees proceeded to the Amendments of the Bill; and afterwards, this present Day, both the Bill and the Amendments received their Third Reading, and passed the House, and were sent down to the Commons House, to be amended by them, by Mr. Doctor Carie, and Mr. Solicitor.

Excess of Apparel.

Process, &c. in the Exchequer.

Item allata est a Domo Communi Billa, videlicet, An Act concerning Process and Pleadings in the Court of Exchequer.
