Queen to be attended with Address on the Peace:

The Lord Steward acquainted the House, "That the Lords with White Staves had (according to Order) waited on Her Majesty, humbly to know what Time Her Majesty would please to appoint to be attended, with an Address of both Houses of Parliament; and that Her Majesty had been pleased to appoint this Day, between One and Two of the Clock, at Her Palace of St. James's."

Message to H. C. to acquaint them with it.

Then, a Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Gery and Mr. Hiccocks:

To acquaint them, that this House having sent to Her Majesty, humbly to know what Time Her Majesty would please to appoint to be attended with an Address of both Houses of Parliament, Her Majesty had been pleased to appoint this Day, between One and Two a Clock, at Her Palace of St. James's; and that the Lords intend to be there at that Time.

Oliver's Bill.

After reading the Report of the Judges, to whom the Bill for Sale of Part of the Estate of Joseph Oliver was referred:

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of Joseph Oliver Gentleman, lying in the County of Devon and City of Exon, for Payment of his Debts; and for making Provision for Maintenance and Education of his Daughter."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to the Consideration of the Lords following; (videlicet,)

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the Sixth Day of May next, at Eleven a Clock.

Wynne's Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Richard Wynne Esquire and Sarah his Wife, and John Barrington Esquire, to make Partition of the Manor of Cottingham, alias Cottingham Sarum, in the County of York."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to the Consideration of the Lords Committees aforenamed; to meet at the same Time and Place.

Highways, Wilts, Bill.

The House (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for repairing the Highways between Shepherd's Shore and Horsley Upright Gate, leading down Bagdon Hill, in the County of Wilts, and other ruinous Parts of Highways adjacent thereunto."

And, after some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Clarendon reported from the said Committee, "That they had gone through the Bill; and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."

Yarmouth Church, Bill.

The House also (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the building a new Church, or Chapel of Ease, in Great Yarmouth, in the County of Norfolk, by a Duty or Imposition on all Coals, Culm, and Cinders, to be landed there."

And, after some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Bishop of London reported from the said Committee, "That they had gone through the Bill; and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."

Worcester and Droitwich Highways, Bill.

The House likewise (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for repairing the Highway, or Road, from the City of Worcester to the Borough of Droitwich, in the County of Worcester."

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Holford and Mr. Lovibond:

To acquaint them, that the Lords have agreed to the Three last mentioned Bills, without any Amendment.

Loggin's Divorce Bill.

Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for dissolving the Marriage of Francis Loggin with Sarah Gardner, and to enable him to marry again."

Ordered, That the said Bill be read a Second Time on this Day Sevennight.

Hele's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees, to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of the Manor and Barton of Widdicombe, in the County of Devon, comprized in the Marriage Settlement of Walter Hele Gentleman and Philippe his Wife; and for raising and securing the Sum of Fifteen Hundred Pounds, for the Benefit of the Children of the said Walter and Philippe," was committed: "That they had considered thereof, and the Parties concerned given their Consents; and that the Committee had made several Amendments to the Bill."

Which were read Twice, and agreed to.

Ordered, That the Bill, with the Amendments, be engrossed.

Adjourn.
