Jacobsen versus Henekenius:

The Appeal of Jacob Jacobsen, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Twenty-third Day of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve, in a Cause there depending, wherein Balthazar Meno Hannekenius and Tetha Catherina his Wife, Theodore Balthazar Jacobsen, and Balthazar Mentzer, were Complainants, and the said Appellant Defendant; and also from an Order made by the said Court of Chancery, on the Nineteenth of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirteen, on a Bill of Review to reverse the said Decree; having been presented so very late to this House, that the same cannot probably be heard this Session:

Appeal put off, and Chancery to proceed.

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Appeal be not heard till the next Parliament; and that, in the mean Time, the Court of Chancery be at Liberty to proceed to have the Accompt taken, and the Master's Report thereof made and confirmed; and to order the Money, which shall appear due by such Report, to be brought before the said Master, there to remain, or be placed out at Interest by the Master, as the said Court shall direct, subject to such Order as shall be made touching the same, on hearing of the said Appeal by this House.

Queen's Answer to Address about Port Books, &c.

The Lord Treasurer acquainted the House, "That he had (according to Order) presented to Her Majesty the Address of this House, That Her Majesty will be pleased to give Order, That the Port Books in the Remembrancer's Office, in the Court of Exchequer, may be placed and kept in such Order as may render them most useful for Her Majesty's Service; and that Her Majesty will please to direct, that an Extract be made, out of the said Books, of the Value of the Exports and Imports between England and France, from Michaelmas 1662 to Michaelmas 1663, and from Michaelmas 1665 to Michaelmas 1666."

And said,

"That Directions had been given, above a Year ago, for putting the said Books in Order; and an able Person appointed, with a Salary, for that Purpose; by whose Procurement, many of the said Books have been brought into the said Office."

And his Lordship also acquainted the House, "That Her Majesty was pleased to return this Gracious Answer to the said Address: That Her Majesty will give Orders, according to the Desire of this House."

Adjourn.
