Knight's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of several Lands and Hereditaments of Isaac Knight Esquire, in the Counties of Nottingham and York, for Payment of the Portion of Hannah the Wife of Thomas Stones Esquire, and the Arrears of an Annuity payable to Dickenson Knight Gentleman; and for settling the Overplus to the same Uses to which the Lands to be sold do stand limited, and for charging other Lands with the said Annuity."

D. Bolton takes the Oaths.

This Day Charles Duke of Bolton took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Jennens, Leave for a Bill.

After reading, and considering, the Report of Mr. Baron Price and Mr. Justice Dormer; to whom was referred the Petition of Mary Jennens, Widow and Relict of William Jennens Esquire, deceased, on Behalf of herself, and of Will'm, John, and Elizabeth, her Children; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the said Petition.

Savage versus Meagher.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Hugh Savage Esquire, from a Decree pronounced against him in the Exchequer of Ireland, on the Seventeenth Day of February last, in a Cause wherein Anne Meagher was Plaintiff, against the Petitioner Defendant; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Anne Meagher may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and she is hereby required to put in her Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Friday the Four and Twentieth Day of February next, at Eleven a Clock.

Parke et al. Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Lord High Treasurer of Great Britain, or Commissioners of the Treasury, for the Time being, to perfect Compositions with the Widow and Children of Richard Parke Merchant, deceased; and also with William Malet Esquire, as he was Surety for his Father, while he was Receiver General for the County of Somerset and City of Bristol, pursuant to Two Acts of Parliament for that Purpose; and also to make a further Composition with Joseph Parke, as he was One of the Sureties for Samuel Pacey, late Receiver General for the County of Suffolke."

Ordered, That the said Bill be read a Second Time on Tuesday next, after Twelve a Clock; and that all the Lords be summoned to attend.
