Burton & al. Inhabitants of Hammersmith versus Bp. of London and Hutchinson:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Littleton Burton, John Charlewood, William Vanguein, Thomas Speer, and others, Inhabitants of Hammersmith, from an Order and Decree made in the Court of Chancery the Seventh Day of this Instant May, on the Behalf of Henry Lord Bishop of London and Michael Hutchinson; praying the Reversal of the said Order and Decree: As also upon the Answer of the Lord Bishop of London and Michael Hutchinson put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed, with Costs.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Order and Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed: And it is further Ordered, That the said Appellants shall pay, or cause to be paid, to the said Lord Bishop of London and Michael Hutchinson, the Sum of Fifty Pounds, for their Costs in this House.

Adjourn.
