PRAYERS.

Lords take the Oaths.

This Day Baptist Earl of Gainsborough and Robert Earl of Holderness took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Lists of those Officers who were present at the Battle of Almanza, and of those who were absent.

Then Mr. Lynn, from the Secretary at War, delivered, at the Bar, (pursuant to the Order of Friday last) a Book, intituled as follows:

"A List of the Names of the General Officers, and others, Commission Officers, that were at the Battle of Almanza; and also a List of the Names of such as were absent, and where they were at that Time."

Ordered, That the said List be referred to the Consideration of the Committee of the whole House appointed to take into further Consideration the present State of the War in Spain.

Establishment of the War in 1706 to be laid before the House.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Secretary at War do, with all convenient Speed, lay before this House, the whole Establishment of the War in the Year 170 6/7.

State of the War in Spain:

Then the House (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, to take into further Consideration the present State of the War in Spain.

And, after some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Abingdon reported, "That the Committee had directed him to move, That they may have Leave to sit again."

Ordered, That on Wednesday next, at Twelve a Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee again, to take into further Consideration the present State of the War in Spain.

Papers relative to it, to be laid before the House.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State do lay before this House, on Wednesday next, at Eleven of the Clock, Copies of the following Letters; (videlicet,)

"The Earl of Gallway's Letter, dated 7th December 1705."

"The Letter of the 17/28th December 1705; and the Letter of January 31st 170 5/6; Mr. Methuen's Letter, dated December 9th 1705; and the Council of War held at Lisbon in December 1705, sent to the Secretaries."

Adjourn.
