PRAYERS.

Corn, &c. to prohibit the Exportation of, Bill.

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled, "An Act to prohibit the Exportation of Corn, Malt, Meal, Flour, Bread, Biscuit, and Starch, and Low Wines, Spirits, Worts, and Wash, drawn from Malted Corn," shall be read a Second Time To-morrow, at Twelve a Clock; and that all the Lords be summoned then to attend.

Oliver & al. versus Attorney General, in Error.

Upon reading the Petition of Francis Jones; praying that a Day may be appointed, for hearing the Errors argued upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Jerome Oliver, John Beselear, and William Haynes, are Plaintiffs, and Her Majesty's Attorney General Defendant:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued in this Case on Friday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.

Southwell & al. Pet. referred to Judges.

Upon reading the Petition of Edward Southwell Esquire, on Behalf of himself and of Edward and Robert his only surviving Children, by the Lady Elizabeth his Wife, deceased; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to determine a Term of Ninety-nine Years, and to raise Money, by making Leases for Lives renewable, and Fee Farms; and also to sell such Parts of the Estate of the said Lady Elizabeth Southwell as may be sufficient to pay the Debts charged thereupon; and also to explain the several Powers given the Petitioner by the Deeds in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to Mr. Justice Powis and Mr. Justice Tracy; who are forthwith to summon all Parties concerned in the Bill; and, after hearing them, to report to the House the State of the Case, with their Opinion thereupon, under their Hands; and whether all Parties that may be concerned in the Consequences of the Bill have signed the Petition; and also that the Judges, having perused the Bill; do sign the same.

May versus Harman.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing of the Appeal depending in this House, wherein Richard May is Appellant, and Wentworth Harman Respondent:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the Nineteenth Day of January next, at Eleven a Clock.
