The Lord Delawarr reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Peyton Altham, an Infant Trustee, to join in suffering a Common Recovery, or levying a Fine, of an Estate in Essex, as if he were of full Age," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.
Ordered, That the said Bill be engrossed.
Hitch versus Sherburne.
Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Petition of Robert Hitch Esquire, read this Day; and to state Matters of Fact; and to make such Observations thereupon as they shall think fit; and report to the House; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
