Chetham versus Lamplugh:
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Ralph Chetham, from a Decree of the Court of Exchequer, made the One and Twentieth Day of February One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-eight, and the Report and other subsequent Orders, and Dismission in that Court of the Thirteenth of November last, on the Behalf of Mary Lamplugh; and praying "the Reversal of the said Decree, Report, Orders, and Dismission;" as also upon the Answer of the said Mary Lamplugh put in thereunto:
Judgement affirmed.
It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Ralph Chetham shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree, Report, Orders, and Dismission, therein complained of, shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.
Cloth buttons for Exportation, Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to permit the making up of Cloaths with Buttons of Cloth, for Exportation, for cloathing the Army of the Allies, notwithstanding the Act against Clothbuttons."
Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Bill be referred to the same Committee to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the removing all Doubts touching the Saving Clause of One Act of Parliament, intituled, An Act for vesting divers Manors and Lands of Mathew Holworthy Esquire in Trustees, to be sold; and purchasing other Manors and Lands, of equal Value; and limiting the Manors or Lands to be purchased to the same Uses as the Lands to be sold are limited," stands committed.
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Saturday the Six and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Upon reading the Petition of Elizabeth Hore, only Daughter and Heir of Robert Hore, late of St. Martin's Legrand, Tallow-chandler, deceased, an Infant under the Age of One and Twenty Years, by Nathaniel Bowles, her Guardian; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for vesting her Estate, of and in divers Lands and Tenements, in the Parish of Donington, alias Dinton, in the County of Bucks, in Trustees, to be sold; and applying the Money arising by such Sale for the difcharging of the Mortgages thereon:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the said Petition.
