The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for repairing the Highway between Hockliffe and Wooborne, in the County of Bedford," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Ordered, That the Commons have Notice, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Fitch's Bill.

The Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting Part of the Estate of William Fitch Esquire, lying in the County of Dorset, in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of his Sister's Portion, and other Debts; and for preserving the Residue free from all Power of Waste; and for settling certain Tithes in the Isle of Wight to the same Uses," as sit to pass, without any Amendment.

Ordered, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Smith's Pet. against Thomas's Bill, withdrawn.

The House being informed, "That, upon Tuesday the Eighteenth Day of February last, Thomas Heath, John Dod, and Thomas Longsden, entered into the Dwellinghouse of Richard Crocket, Tenant to the Right Honourable Francis Earl of Bradford, a Peer of this Realm, and turned him out of the Possession thereof, and delivered the same to one Zacheus Sankey, within the Time of Privilege of Parliament:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all the Lords be summoned to attend; and also the Judges then in Town.

Lustring Company, Bill.

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better Encouragement of the Royal Lustring Company," as fit to pass, with some Amendments and Clauses.

Union Bill.

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee thereupon.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported, "That the Committee of the whole House had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

To which the House agreed.

Ordered, That the said Bill be read the Third Time To-morrow, at One a Clock; and that all the Lords be summoned then to attend.
