A Message from the House of Commons, by the Lord Fairfax and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to vest several Lands and Hereditaments, in the County of York, in Robert Hitch Esquire and his Heirs; and to settle other Lands and Hereditaments, in the said County, in Lieu thereof, and as an Exchange thereof, to the same Uses;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Smith versus Thomas's Bill.

Upon reading the Report of Mr. Justice Tracy and Mr. Baron Price, as to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for settling the Estate of Daniel Thomas Gentleman deceased, for the Benefit of his Wife and Children;" as also the Petition of Judith Smith Widow, praying to be heard before the passing of the said Bill:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner shall be heard, by One Counsel, on Monday next, at Ten a Clock; as also Counsel for the said Bill, if thought fit, whereof the Petitioner is to cause Notice to be given.

Pelley versus Madden.

Whereas To-morrow was appointed, for hearing of the Cause wherein Hyacinth Pelley is Appellant, and Hugh Maddin and Katherine his Wife are Respondents:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause on Tuesday next, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Cause on Monday next be put off to Tuesday, and the Causes after to come on in Course.

Viscount Kingsland versus Barnwell & al.

After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition of Nicholas Lord Viscount Kingsland:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock precisely, this House will proceed to hear Counsel for the Respondents Nicholas Barnwell and others; and no other Business to intervene.
