Eyre, Leav for a Bill.

After reading, and Consideration of, the Report made by Mr. Justice Blencowe and Mr. Justice Gould, upon the Petition of Sir John Holt Lord Chief Justice of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench, Mary the Wife of Wm. Eyre a Lunatic, and Ambrose Eyre their Eldest Son and Heir Apparent, and Guardian of the said William during his Lunacy, as well on the Behalf of themselves as of the said William the Lunatic; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to vest the Premises in the Petition mentioned in Trustees, notwithstanding the Lunacy of the said William, to be sold; and to apply the Monies arising by such Sale to the purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners have hereby Leave given them to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the said Petition.

Godfrey versus Cole.

Upon reading the Petition of Mercy Godfrey, Respondent to the Appeal of Anne Cole Widow, and Harry Cole Esquire; praying, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing of the said Appeal:"

Mercers, &c. Petition against it.

Upon reading the Petition of divers Mercers, and other Dealers in the Silk Manufacture; shewing, "That they are informed, that a Bill is depending in this House, for the better Encouragement of the Lustring Company; which Bill will be greatly prejudicial to the Petitioners, as also to the English Manufacture;" and praying to be heard, before the Bill pass:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, at the Committee to whom the said Bill stands committed.

Eyton versus Dyton:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of David Eyton from several Orders or Decrees made in the Court of Chancery, the Four and Twentieth Day of July Decimo Tertio Culiolmi Tertii, the Six and Twentieth of November in the First Year of Her Majesty's Reign, and the First of February One Thousand Seven Hundred and Four, on the Behalf of John Eyton and Jane his Wife, and Anne Eyton; and praying, "That the said Orders or Decrees may be set aside and reversed:" As also upon the Answer of the said John Eyton and Jane his Wife, and Anne Eyton, put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of David Eyton shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the several Orders or Decrees therein complained of shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.

Fitch's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting Part of the Estate of William Fitch Esquire, lying in the County of Dorsett, in Trustees, to be sold, for the Payment of his Sister's Portion, and other Debts; and for preserving the Residue free from all Power of Waste; and for settling certain Tithes in the Isle of Wight to the same Uses."
