The Lord Keeper acquainted the House, "That Her Majesty had sent a Commission for the further proroguing of this Parliament."
Then the Lords Commissioners, in their Robes, being seated on a Form placed between the Throne and the Woolsack; the Lord Keeper in the Middle; the Duke of Bolton and the Lord Dartmouth on his Right Hand; and the Lord Wharton and Lord Granville on his Left Hand; commanded the Deputy Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod to go to the House of Commons, and let them know, "That the Commissioners desire they would "be present, to hear the said Commission read."
