Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Sarah Countess Dowager of Radnor:
The Lords following were appointed a Committee, to consider of the said Petition and Appeal; who are to state Matter of Fact, in relation to the Proceedings formerly had in this Case in this House; and to report their Opinion thereupon; and their Lordships have Power to send for Persons, Papers, and Records:
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet To-morrow, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
