Mac Donnel's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Hannah Mac Donnel, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland."

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Friday next, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland do then attend, and bring with them the Petition to them referred in this Case, and their Report thereupon.

Bellew's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Captain Thomas Bellew, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland."

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Friday next, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland do then attend, and bring with them the Petition to them referred in this Case, and their Report thereupon.

Hamilton versus Stevenson.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of James Hamilton and Hans Hamilton Esquires Appellants, and the Answer of Hans Stevenson and Ann his Wife Respondents, put in thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will proceed to hear Counsel further thereupon, To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Roll versus Gree, in Error.

Whereas To-morrow was appointed for hearing Counsel, to argue the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Sir John Roll is Plaintiff, and Gregory Gree Defendant:

Ranger versus Ashmead, in Error.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Errors argued in this Case on Saturday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant April, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Hearing the Errors argued upon the Writ of Error wherein Charles Ranger is Plaintiff, and Christopher Ashmead Defendant, shall be on Saturday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant April, at Eleven a Clock.
